Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice with NUNFLIX, your written notification must include all of the following information:

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt: We will confirm we have received your notice, typically within 48 hours.
• Review the notice: Our team will verify that the notice contains all required elements and is submitted in good faith.
• Take action: If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as quickly as possible.
• Notify involved parties: We may notify the user or third-party host responsible for the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your full contact information
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your physical or electronic signature
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

Repeat Infringers

NUNFLIX maintains a policy of terminating access for users or third parties who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice unless you are certain of the infringement claim.
